About this director banking gift
A director of banking usually has a long list of responsibilities: managing a team of relationship bankers or loan officers, sitting in meetings where the numbers have to hold up, and answering to clients and regulators at the same time. The work tends to be high-pressure and early-starting, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the job without being stiff about it. A hoodie for the commute or the cold branch lobby, a mug for the desk that's always holding a second coffee, or a tee for the weekend when the phone finally stays quiet. Putting the exact title on it, director banking, shows you know what they actually do. Add a second line with their bank, branch or the year they took the role, and the shirt becomes a small marker of a promotion they worked for. Many people in banking wear business clothes all week, so a casual piece with their title is a nice change of pace.
