About this director calls gift
Director calls is a job with a sound all its own. Whoever has this role is on the phone all day, pulling people in, running the schedule, and fielding the questions nobody else wants to answer. A gift for them should acknowledge that the job happens mostly through a headset. A tee they can wear to the office is a good start, and a hoodie is the thing they'll reach for on the cold early shift when the first calls come in. An 11oz mug with their name on it is the one coworkers won't steal from the break room. The best version of this gift is personal: put their name on the front and the word director calls underneath, so it reads as their role rather than a generic slogan. If you're buying for a whole team that works the phones together, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
