About this director change gift
A director change usually means someone has been moved into a new role, often mid-project, and the people around them are learning a new way of working. That's a tough stretch, and a gift that marks the move can feel like a nod to the work it takes. Think about who's leaving and who's arriving: a departing director might want something to remember the team by, and an incoming director often starts the first weeks with a coffee mug on their desk and a shirt for the first all-hands. Put the title on the design, or use the second line for a team, a department or a year. A mug is a good daily reminder, a hoodie suits the cold conference room, and a tee works for the team's last day or first morning together.
