Director Database Varsity Arch tee

About this director database gift

A database director usually sits between the engineers who build data systems and the business people who depend on them, so the job is mostly keeping things accurate, secure and running while everyone else moves fast. They think about backups, access rules, query speed and the one table nobody remembers creating. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic office joke. Put director database on a tee or hoodie they can wear to a meetup or a late-night maintenance window, or on a mug for the desk where the on-call pager sits. Many designs also have a second line, so you can add a team name, a company's first name, or a year if they've marked a milestone there. Keep the wording to what they'd actually use. A plain, clean design usually reads as more thoughtful to someone who spends their day reviewing schemas.
