About this director group gift
A director group is usually a set of people who run something together, whether that's a board, a steering committee, a leadership team or a volunteer council that makes the decisions nobody else wants to make. The gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little wry: a mug for the early meeting that starts before the coffee does, a hoodie for the cold conference room where the thermostat never works, a tee for the offsite they all dread. Put the group's title on it, or the role itself, and it becomes a small joke only they fully understand. If you're buying for the whole group, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each member's name, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name printed on it. Ask the group how they like to be called first, since a title can be formal in one office and a running joke in another.
