About this director implementations gift
Directors of implementation usually sit between the people who sell a product or system and the people who have to make it work on the ground. Their days are full of rollout plans, training sessions, status calls and the hard conversations about what can realistically go live by when. A gift that acknowledges that balancing act lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a nod to the role most people outside the department never fully understand, and a mug gives them a reliable place to keep their coffee during a long run of go-live meetings. If you know their team or the kind of project they're in, add it on a second line. Print their name, or the title exactly as their company uses it, so it feels like something they'd actually say about themselves. Keep the design simple. People in this job tend to appreciate a gift that's clearly for them without needing an explanation.
