About this director of programming gift
A director of programming usually sits between the creative side and the business side, deciding what gets scheduled, what gets cut and what the audience sees next. The job runs on long planning meetings, late-night listening sessions and a calendar that never quite stops. A gift that fits that life is something useful for the long days and funny enough for the team that sees them. Put their title on a shirt or a mug and it becomes the one they actually reach for when a big decision is coming. Use the second line for their station, network or department if you know it, or for a year they started the role. If you're buying for their whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a better send-off than another team lunch that gets scheduled around them.
