About this director prospect gift
A director of prospects, usually called a prospect director or prospect coordinator, is the person who keeps track of the players, recruits or draft candidates a team hopes will become something more. They spend long hours reviewing film, filing scouting reports and fielding calls from agents and coaches, often while everyone else is asleep or on the road. A gift that acknowledges that grind lands better than a generic work tee. A dark tee for the early-morning film session, a hoodie for the cold office or the travel days, or a mug for the desk where the reports pile up are all practical choices. Put their title on the shirt, and add their name or the organization's year if you know it. Even better, add a second line that reflects the job, such as Scouting or Player Development, so it feels like it was made for them specifically.
