About this director retail gift
A retail director usually has a long day that starts before the doors open and ends after the last register is counted. They're juggling store schedules, inventory, district meetings and the employee who called out again, and most of that happens on their feet and on their phone. A gift that acknowledges the job lands well: a tee for the weekend they actually get off, a hoodie for the cold early-morning walk through the stockroom, or a mug for the office coffee that goes cold while they're solving someone else's problem. Put the title on it exactly as it reads on their badge. Title words like director, store and regional make it feel specific rather than generic, and a second line for the store or region, if you know it, makes it theirs. A small touch like that tells them you noticed the work they do.
