About this director risk management gift
A director of risk management spends a lot of the working day thinking about what could go wrong, and then making sure it doesn't. They sit in meetings about insurance exposure, incident reports, audit findings and the policies that keep an organization out of trouble, and most of that work is invisible when it succeeds. A gift that acknowledges the job, even with a bit of humor, tends to land well. A hoodie for the commute or the home office, a tee for the weekend, or a mug for the first coffee before the day's first crisis all work. Adding their title or their organization's department in the second line makes the piece feel chosen rather than generic. If they're moving into the role or celebrating a promotion, a hoodie with the title and year marks the milestone in a way they'll actually wear.
