About this er nurse gift
An ER nurse works the part of the hospital where nothing is scheduled, so their gifts need to be practical for shifts that run long and unpredictable. A soft tee for the drive home after a twelve-hour night, a hoodie for the freezing ambulance bay or the break room that never warms up, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't walk off the nurses' station. ER nurses also carry a lot of humor about the job, and a shirt that gets a knowing laugh from another nurse lands better than something sentimental. Put ER nurse on the front and add their name or their credential, such as RN, CEN or BSN, on the second line. If you're buying for a whole department, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better thank-you than another tray of donuts. Nurses Week falls in early May, which is the busiest time to order.

- A hoodie for the cold break roomHospital break rooms and ambulance bays are rarely warm, so a hoodie with their name gets worn constantly.
- A mug that stays on the nurses' stationAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee where it belongs and out of the shared cabinet.
- Matching shirts for the whole ER teamPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the team's names, and everyone gets their own size.
