About this evaluation assistant gift
An evaluation assistant spends a lot of the day reading, scoring and writing up other people's work, often against rubrics that change from project to project. The gifts that land tend to be practical ones for long days at a desk, like a soft tee for the commute or a hoodie for a cold office. A mug with their job title on it works well in a shared kitchen, where it's easy to see whose coffee is whose. Adding the team or program they support, or the year they started, turns a generic job shirt into one that fits their actual working life. If you're buying for a whole group of assistants on the same project, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to mark the work you did together. Many designs have a second line you can use for a team name or a start year, so check the preview before you order.
