About this facility coordinator gift
A facility coordinator keeps a building running without anyone really noticing: vendors scheduled, rooms booked, the boiler looked at before it becomes a problem, and a long list of small requests that all seem to land at once. Recognition for this job usually comes from the people who never have to think about why the lights work, so a gift that says their title out loud tends to land well. Their work sits between the office and the maintenance crew, often in a school, hospital, campus or corporate campus, so a shirt or mug with their role on it signals that you see what they do. A hoodie suits the cold mornings they spend walking the building before anyone else arrives. For a coworker who has been at it for years, a name mug for the desk where they make half their calls is a small, practical thank-you. Add their name on a second line so the gift belongs to them and not to the job in general.
