About this field training specialist gift
A field training specialist usually spends the day out where the work actually happens, showing new hires how to do the job right and then watching them try it. The role sits between the people who write the procedures and the people who live them, so it asks for patience, a clear voice and a fair amount of time on the road or on the floor. Recognition tends to be quiet, which is why a small, personal gift can land so well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear on a site visit or a training day. A mug with their name on it suits the office, where they probably spend more time than they'd like at a shared desk or in a truck. To make it theirs, add their name on the second line, or a year or team if you know it. The field side of this job runs on early mornings and long drives, so a warm hoodie for cold site visits is a practical choice as well as a kind one.
