About this follow up manager gift
A follow up manager is the person who keeps the whole operation from slipping through the cracks, chasing the open tickets, the late invoices and the client who said they'd call back on Tuesday. The job is mostly quiet persistence, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge that: a mug for the first coffee of a long day of calls, a hoodie for the office that runs cold, a tee for the Friday when they finally close the last open item. A shirt with their title on it says you noticed what they do, which is more than most people in the building manage. If they have a specialty, like accounts receivable, customer success or a particular client team, add that on a second line so the gift matches the work they actually do. Check the design preview before you order to make sure the title fits the space cleanly.
