About this group home supervisor gift
A group home supervisor is usually the person who keeps the house steady: overnight shifts, shift handoffs, paperwork that follows the residents everywhere, and the constant small problems that never make it into a report. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that. A soft tee for a long day, a hoodie for the cold drive in before dawn, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the staff room. Put their name on the piece and add the program or the shift they work, like nights or weekends, so it reads as their job and not a generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than a catered lunch alone. Supervisors often get less appreciation than the direct care staff they lead, so a personal, practical piece can mean more than it looks like on the screen.
