About this hand packer gift
A hand packer is someone who works the line by hand, folding, boxing and sealing product where machines can't quite do the job, so their days are mostly standing, repetitive motion and careful attention to detail. Gifts that land for them are the ones that acknowledge that work. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold loading dock or the walk-in, and a mug they can claim as their own at the break table. You can make the product theirs by typing hand packer into the design and adding a second line for their shift, their company, or the year they started, so the shirt reflects their actual job rather than a generic label. If you're shopping for a whole crew, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which beats a card that gets forgotten by Friday. Most of these gifts get worn on the job, so they're a good match for anyone who spends their shift on their feet with their hands busy.
