About this hayes gift
Hayes is a name that shows up on family trees, sports jerseys, and town signs across the country, so the people who carry it tend to have a story about it. Maybe it's a grandparent's name on a faded family photo, a cousin who keeps getting mail for someone else, or a kid in the class who answered to Hayes before anyone else did. A shirt with the family name is how a Hayes family finds each other at a reunion, a wedding, or a long holiday weekend when everyone is wearing something with the same word on it. Add a reunion year, a first name, or the town the family started in on the second line and it stops being a generic name tee. For a newborn, a Hayes onesie makes the surname a first gift before the baby can say it. For the grandparents' kitchen, a Hayes mug is the one that stays put on the counter where everyone ends up.
