Hr Recruiter Varsity Arch mug

About this hr recruiter gift

HR recruiters spend their days reading resumes, running screens and trying to match the right person to the right role while hiring managers keep changing the job description. They're usually the first face a candidate sees and often the last one to hear that a position filled, so a gift that acknowledges how much of the job is patience and people skills tends to land well. A hoodie for the video-call days when they're at a desk for ten hours, or a mug for the coffee they drink while sourcing candidates on a Monday morning, are both practical choices. Putting HR Recruiter on the shirt or mug makes it specific to their work, and adding their company's name or a year they started on the second line makes it theirs. If you're buying for a whole recruiting team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
