About this in home aide gift
In home aides spend their days in other people's houses, helping clients bathe, cook, take medications and get through the hard parts of getting older or recovering from illness. The work is personal and often lonely, and the people doing it are rarely thanked in a way that feels specific. A gift that names the job tells them their work is seen. A soft tee for a long day of driving between clients, a hoodie for the cold mornings in a client's drafty kitchen, or a mug for the coffee they drink before the first visit of the day. Put the words In Home Aide on the front, or add the agency or a year of service on a second line if you know it. Many aides are between clients more than they're in one place, so something they can carry with them, like a mug or a tee they can wear on the drive, tends to get used most.
