About this installer helper gift
An installer helper is the person who shows up early, carries the heavy boxes, holds the other end of the ladder, and makes the installer's day go faster. The job is physical and often unglamorous: lots of lifting, long hours on job sites, and weather that doesn't care what the schedule says. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. Something durable and comfortable for the drive out to the next site, a hoodie for cold mornings in the truck, or a mug for the coffee that gets them through the first hour. Add their name or the crew they work with, and the gift stops being a generic work shirt and starts being theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you put every person's name on the same design so everyone walks in wearing the same thing.
