About this instructor nurse gift
Nurse instructors split their time between the classroom and the hospital floor, so they're usually juggling lecture slides, clinical rotations and a stack of student evaluations at the same time. They know what it's like to be the person a new grad calls at 3 a.m. and the one who taught them how to start an IV in the first place. A gift that acknowledges both halves of that life tends to land well. A tee for the drive between campus and the unit, a hoodie for the chilly skills lab, or a mug for the faculty office where coffee is the only thing keeping the grading going. Add their title, instructor or nurse educator, and the year they started teaching, and it stops being a generic nursing gift and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole faculty group, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each colleague's name on their own shirt, which is a lot more fun than another round of cookies in the break room.
