About this intake director gift
An intake director usually runs the front door of a program: they decide who gets in, make sure the paperwork and screenings are done, and often handle the hardest first conversations a family or client has. It's work that rarely gets thanked in the moment, which is why a small, specific gift tends to land. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold early mornings, or a mug for the office coffee that's clearly theirs. Put their title on it, intake director, and add the organization or the program name on a second line if you know it. Keep the wording simple and true to the job. If you're buying for a whole team, one shared design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a warmer gesture than a card passed around the office.
