About this intermediate supervisor gift
An intermediate supervisor sits in the middle of the org chart, answering to someone above and managing the people who do the day-to-day work. That means carrying other people's deadlines, translating between leadership and the floor, and often being the one who pulls a team through a rough quarter with no extra title to show for it. A gift that acknowledges that middle seat tends to land well. A tee or hoodie is something they can wear on a casual Friday or a long weekend, and an 11 oz mug is the one they'll reach for during the first meeting of a busy Monday. You can make it theirs by putting their title on it, or adding their team or department on a second line, so it reads as their role rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole group of supervisors who came up through the same program, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
