About this library supervisor gift
A library supervisor keeps the building running while everyone else sees only the shelves and the help desk. They're scheduling staff around the story hour, fixing the copier that jams every afternoon, handling the patron who's upset about a fine, and making sure the holds shelf is clear before closing. Their days are split between people, paperwork and books, and most of the thanks they get is quiet. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A hoodie is practical for a building that runs cold in the reading room, and a mug fits the long mornings spent in budget meetings. Put their title on it, or the branch name if they've worked at one location for years, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic library shirt. If you're buying for the whole staff, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better thank-you than a card passed around the break room.
