About this licsw gift
An LICSW is a licensed independent clinical social worker, a clinician who's finished a master's degree in social work, completed thousands of supervised hours, and passed the licensing exam. Most of their days are spent listening closely to people during hard stretches: therapy sessions, crisis calls, family meetings, discharge planning. The gifts that land tend to be quiet and practical, things that fit into a long workday and don't need explaining. A soft tee for the commute or the weekend, a hoodie for the cold office or the drive between clients, a mug for the first coffee before the day's first appointment. LICSW is a credential, not a title they'd print on a card for everyone, so putting it on something personal reads as recognition of what they worked for. Add their name below it or the setting they practice in, like clinic, hospital or private practice, and the shirt becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole team after a licensing milestone or a long year, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to mark it together.
All licsw gifts →- A tee for the weekendPut LICSW on a soft tee for the days when they finally stop thinking about work. Add their name underneath if you want it to feel personal.
- A mug for the morningAn 11 oz mug with LICSW gives them a clear start before their first session, and it stays on their desk instead of the break room shelf.
- A hoodie for the cold officeMany clinical offices run cool. A hoodie with their credential is useful between appointments and easy to wear on a drive.
- A milestone shirt for the whole teamAfter a group licensing exam or a shared milestone, use the Team Shop to put LICSW on one design and paste each person's name.
