About this mail technician gift
Mail technicians start early, often before dawn, and spend their shifts sorting, scanning and moving packages that someone else will be waiting on. The work is physical and steady, and most of the thanks they get comes from people who never see them. A gift that names the job tells them someone noticed. A tee or hoodie is good for the sorting floor and the drive in, and a mug fits the break room where they get a few minutes to sit down. Add their name, their facility or route, or the year they started, and the shirt becomes theirs instead of a generic job shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is an easy way to say thanks to everyone at once.
