About this mainframe developer gift
Mainframe developers work on the systems that keep banks, insurers and government agencies running, often on COBOL, CICS and Db2 code that predates most of their coworkers. The job means long release windows, careful change control and a lot of late nights when a batch job fails at the wrong hour. A gift that acknowledges that world lands better than a generic tech shirt. Put their title on a tee or hoodie, or add the platform they live on, and it reads as theirs. A mug works well for the desk where the coffee has to last through a maintenance window. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a nice thank-you after a hard migration.
