About this maintenance mgr gift
A maintenance manager is the person who gets the call when the boiler quits at 6 a.m. or the roof leaks during a storm, and they're usually the last one to leave the building. They keep a facility running through a lot of small fixes nobody thinks about until something breaks. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee for the job site, a hoodie for the cold walk-throughs on winter mornings, or a mug for the office where they plan the next round of preventive work. Adding their name or the site they run, such as a plant, campus or building, makes it theirs and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for the whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a good way to say thanks as a group. Nothing about these products needs to be fancy, which suits people who spend their days fixing things and would rather not be fussed over.
