About this manager bakery gift
A bakery manager gets to work before most of the town is awake, checking proofs, counting the morning rush and keeping the case full while the bread is still warm. They juggle schedules, supplies and a staff that often starts at four in the morning, so the gifts that land are the ones that feel like they were picked for the early shift. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly back room, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the first cup of coffee before the oven fires up. Make it personal by putting the bakery's name or their own name on it. Add a second line with the role or a year they started, and it stops being a generic job shirt and becomes the one they actually wear. If you're buying for the whole team, one design with everyone's name on their own shirt is a nicer thank you than another tray of day-old pastries.
