About this manager care gift
Managers in care work, whether that's a care home, a home health agency or a day program, carry a lot of the same weight: scheduling around call-outs, handling families who are scared and tired, and making sure the people in their charge are looked after even on the hardest shifts. The gifts they keep tend to be practical and a little personal. A soft tee for the long walk between wards, a hoodie for the chilly early-morning handover, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the staff room. Put the words manager care on the front and the name of their home or team on the second line if you know it, and the shirt becomes about them rather than a generic job slogan. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be a better thank-you than another box of biscuits.
