About this manager engine gift
A manager engineer usually sits between the people who build systems and the people who have to keep them running, which means they're juggling roadmaps, on-call rotations and a lot of pointed questions in meetings. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the balancing act: a tee they can wear to a team offsite, a hoodie for the late-night incident call from the couch, or a mug that's theirs for the stack of one-on-ones before lunch. Since the word is "manager engine," you can type it as written into the text box, or add a second line for the team, the product area or a first name. A personalized piece tells them you see the specific job they do, not just a generic tech title. If you're buying for a whole engineering group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
