About this manager shop gift
A manager shop is where people do the managing: the one who keeps the parts counter stocked, schedules the crew, and answers the phone when the second shift doesn't show. Shop managers usually came up through the floor, so they know the work from the inside and tend to take pride in it. A gift that shows you know that lands well. A tee for the shop, a hoodie for the cold bay in January, a mug for the office desk where the paperwork piles up. Add the shop's name or their own name in the second line and it stops being generic. If you're buying for a whole management team or a crew that wants to thank their boss, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt. Shop managers are often the last one in and the first one to answer a call, so a practical gift tends to get used every day.
