About this manager wellness gift
Managers who work on wellness are usually the ones who spend their days looking after everyone else's health, from scheduling wellness days to fielding burnout conversations and running the employee assistance program rollout. They're often juggling a full caseload on top of their own calendar, so the gifts they actually use tend to be the ones that feel like they were picked for them. A soft tee to wear on the days they teach a class or lead a walk, a hoodie for the chilly office or the early-morning meeting, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. Put their title on the design, or a phrase that fits their work, and it stops feeling generic. If you're buying for a whole wellness team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste each person's name, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
