About this mechanical drafter gift
Mechanical drafters turn engineers' rough ideas into the detailed drawings that machinists and fabricators actually build from. Their days are spent at a CAD workstation, checking dimensions, tolerances and bills of materials, and their work is most visible when a part fits exactly where it should. A gift that acknowledges that precision tends to land well. Put their title on a soft tee for a long day at the desk, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or an 11 oz mug for the coffee that keeps them going through revisions. You can add a second line for a company name, a specialty like mechanical design or piping, or the year they started drafting, which makes the shirt feel like it was made for them rather than for anyone in the trade.
