About this meeting director gift
A meeting director plans and runs the events that bring people together, from conferences and trade shows to corporate retreats and association gatherings. Their days are full of hotel contracts, attendee logistics, last-minute room changes and a lot of standing up to greet people at the registration desk. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that hard, unglamorous work. A soft tee for load-in day, a hoodie for the chilly ballroom, a mug that's clearly theirs for the early-morning coffee before the first session. Put their job title on it and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes a small nod to the role they've built. If you're shopping for a whole events team, one design with everyone's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another round of catered lunch. Ask what event they're most proud of pulling off, and you'll have something to say on the card.
