About this mobile equipment mechanic gift
Mobile equipment mechanics keep the trucks, loaders, excavators and cranes running on job sites, often in the rain, in the cold, or in the mud at the back of a yard. Their hands and knees take a beating, and their days start before the crew arrives. The gifts they actually use are the ones that hold up to that: a sturdy tee for the shop, a hoodie for the early mornings in the truck, a mug for the coffee they drink standing up between jobs. Put their trade on it, and add their crew, shop or the year they finished their training if that fits. A plain shirt that says mobile equipment mechanic tells their coworkers exactly who they are, and it beats another gift card they'll never get around to using. If you're buying for a whole shop, one design with each mechanic's name on their own shirt is an easy way to make everyone feel part of the same team.
