About this molder helper gift
A molder helper works the floor of a plant where plastic or metal gets shaped, usually on a shift that runs past the end of a normal workday. They're the person who keeps the machines fed, clears jams, pulls finished parts and makes sure the line doesn't stall. It's hard, noisy, often hot work, and the people doing it rarely get thanked for the part that keeps production moving. A shirt or mug with their job title on it says that someone noticed. Add their name or their shift, and it becomes theirs. A hoodie suits the cold mornings on the early shift, and a mug is the easiest thing to keep at their station. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which is a better thank-you than another sheet cake.
