About this naqara gift
A naqara is a pair of small kettle drums, traditionally played in pairs and central to Persian and Indian classical music, and in many Middle Eastern and South Asian ensembles it's the drummer who keeps the whole room together. The person you're buying for might be a musician who plays in a band, a student practicing scales in a spare room, or a teacher who loves passing the rhythm along. A shirt or hoodie with the word naqara on it tells people what they play before they say a word. The best detail to add is the name or group they play with, a line like their band or their teacher's studio, so the gift feels personal. For a player who spends hours hitting drums, a mug is the quiet morning reminder of the music they love. Keep it simple, and let the word do the talking.
