About this new product trainer gift
A new product trainer spends a lot of their week standing in front of people who didn't ask to be there, explaining features, fielding the same questions in five different ways, and trying to make a launch make sense before the next one arrives. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that work. A tee with their title on it is a small nod to the long prep, the late-night slide decks and the demo that finally worked. Trainers often move between companies or launches, so a shirt or mug that's clearly theirs, not the company's, feels personal. If you're buying for a trainer who ran a big rollout, a hoodie with their title and the year makes a good keepsake for the cold conference room. For a whole enablement team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name lets everyone wear the same title with pride.
