About this night nurse gift
Night nurses run on coffee, quiet hallways and the strange gift of being awake when everyone else is asleep. They often trade sleep schedules, eat dinner at four in the morning and drive home at sunrise, so the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that make those hours easier. A soft tee to sleep in after a shift, a hoodie for the chilly break room at three a.m., or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the nurses' station. Night nurses often feel overlooked because the day staff gets most of the attention, so a shirt that says night nurse and proudly names their shift is a small way of saying you see the work they do after dark. Add their unit or a credential like RN or CCRN in the second line to make it theirs. For a whole night shift, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better gift than another box of donuts left on the counter.
