About this operations tech gift
Operations techs keep the lights on, the systems running and the problems from reaching the people who never think about them. They're often the first call when something breaks and the last person thanked when it works. A gift that shows you understand that tends to land best: a tee or hoodie they can wear on a long shift, or a mug for the coffee they'll drink before the phones start ringing. Put their name on it, and add their shift, team or site in the second line so it reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. Operations work runs on coverage, so a hoodie for cold server rooms or a dark tee for a long night on call is practical as well as personal. Mugs are the easy pick for a coworker who keeps a desk full of cups. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
