About this placement director gift
A placement director is usually the person who matches people with the right work, which means they spend their days on phone calls, emails and candidate interviews, often with a deadline behind every one. Many placement directors work at a school, college or training program, where their results show up in graduates who land jobs. Others work at a staffing agency or recruiting firm. Either way, the gifts that tend to land are the ones that acknowledge the grind and the wins: a shirt for the office, a hoodie for the cold drive in, a mug for the first coffee before the inbox fills up. Put their title on the design, and add the program or agency name on the second line if you know it. That turns a generic job shirt into one that clearly belongs to them, and it's the kind of thing a coworker will notice and ask about.
