About this pool coordinator gift
A pool coordinator keeps a swim program running: scheduling lifeguards, checking chemical logs, running lesson calendars and fielding parents at the gate before the first whistle. It's a job that starts early and ends with a wet, tired body and a clipboard full of notes. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the work without making a big thing of it. A soft tee with their title for the drive to the facility, a hoodie for the chilly early-morning opens, or a mug for the office coffee that's been going cold while they handled a call. Add their name, or the facility or season they run, to make it theirs. If the whole staff wants to thank them, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to show the coordinator that the team noticed what they do.
