About this prep supervisor gift
A prep supervisor is the person who makes sure the kitchen runs before service even starts. They're usually in early, checking the walk-in, breaking down cases, setting up mise en place and making sure the line has what it needs for the night. It's a job that's easy to overlook until something is missing, which is why a gift that names the role tends to land well. A tee or hoodie for the early-morning commute, a mug for the break room where the coffee is always cold, or a name on either one so nobody else claims it. You can make it theirs with a second line for their name, their kitchen or restaurant, or the year they took the job. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a practical thank-you that the kitchen will actually wear.
