About this press supervisor gift
A press supervisor runs the floor where the machines are loud, the shifts run long, and somebody is always waiting on a setup change or a die that didn't fit right. They keep the line moving, track the numbers, and make sure the people on their crew know what's expected. A gift that acknowledges the actual job, rather than a generic work tee, tends to land better. A mug for the shift start, a hoodie for the cold early mornings near the press, or a tee for the weekend project in the garage will all be used. To make it theirs, put Press Supervisor on the front and add a second line with their shop, their department, or their years on the floor. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a good way to thank everyone at once.
