About this product owner gift
Product owners sit between the people building the software and the people who need it, which means their days are a steady stream of backlog grooming, stakeholder calls and trying to say no politely. A gift that acknowledges that juggling tends to land well. Think about where they spend their time: a stand-up at nine, a sprint review on Thursday, a laptop that's always open. A soft tee for a relaxed Friday, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the first coffee before the backlog opens. Put their job title on the front, or add their team or product name on the second line, and the shirt stops being a generic office item and becomes something they'll actually reach for. Product owners often mention that people outside tech don't quite know what they do, so a gift with the title printed on it can be a small, funny nod to that.
