About this programs assistant gift
A programs assistant keeps the calendar, the paperwork and the people in one piece, and most of the work goes unseen until something slips. They're the one who knows where the sign-in sheets are, who remembers the venue's door code, and who quietly fixes the registration list at eleven at night. A gift for someone in this role should acknowledge that kind of steady, behind-the-scenes effort. A T-shirt or hoodie with their title on it gives them something to wear to the office, the community event or the Saturday volunteer shift. An 11oz mug gets a daily spot on a desk that's probably crowded with other people's requests. Add a second line such as their organization, a department or a program name, and the design stops being a generic job shirt and starts reflecting the work they actually do. Programs assistants often wear many hats, so a design that just says their title can feel right, and a name line can make it feel personal.
