About this project team leader gift
A project team leader is the person who keeps the schedule, the stakeholders and the team all pointed at the same deadline, usually while everyone else is asking them where things stand. They spend a lot of their week in status meetings and planning sessions, and a lot of the rest of it juggling competing priorities and unexpected blockers. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well: something comfortable for the long video-call days, or a mug for the coffee that gets reheated three times before it's finished. Adding their title on a second line makes the gift specifically theirs, and it's a nice way to recognize the role if they've just taken it on or wrapped up a big launch. If you're shopping for the whole team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a fun way to say thanks after a project closes.
