About this quality rep gift
A quality rep spends the day checking that the work meets the spec, and they're often the person who has to explain to a line supervisor why a batch got held. That takes patience and a thick skin, and a good gift for them should acknowledge the work without being corny about it. A hoodie is useful on a cold inspection floor or in a drafty warehouse, and a tee works for the off days and weekend projects. An 11 oz mug is the one they'll reach for during the audit prep that never seems to end. Put their name or their site on the second line so it's clearly theirs. If you're buying for a whole QA team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of donuts.
